Come down for a BBQ Extravaganza using and pairing ELLC booze…

Braised brisket: Slow cooked with ELLC premium gin batch 2, muscavado sugar, coriander, cassia bark, fennel and select botanicals used in the distillation process of the ELLC Gin
Pulled pork: Slow cooked pork shoulder with ELLC rum, treacle, honey, anise, paprika and rare chipotle chilli
Pulled chicken: Slow cooked chicken with ELLC rye whisky, wild heather honey, orange peel and hot smoked chillies
Halloumi: Marinated halloumi with ELLC batch 1 gin, citrus peel, coriander and chilli flakes.

All served with an individually designed signature bbq sauce

Sides

Chopped salad: This simple salad is elevated with a delicious roasted carrot and cumin dressing
Minted pea and beans: Green beans, garden peas, asparagus, mint, mascarpone and feta
Three bean salad: Roasted red onions, peppers, carrots and vine tomatoes with cannellini, flageolet and kidney beans with sweet basil and a light French dressing
42 signature coleslaw: Made using free range Cotswold eggs

Breads

Corn bread: Freshly made to a traditional south American recipe
Tortilla: Hand pressed flour tortilla cooked over the smokey bbq for a tortilla with real depth

Salsa

Grilled peach: BBQ peaches, flamed peppers, roasted tomatoes diced onions, chilli, coriander and lime juice
Fiery pepper: Tri colour grilled peppers along with flamed jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, coriander and lime juice
Verde: Traditional salsa verde using garlic, parsley, basil and mint

The chefs

Bradley Taylor

Bradley trained as an actor but has always loved food. Taking things into his own hands by cofounding his own catering company Taylor & Nice which formed in 2010.

After four amazing years learning everything from delectable canapés to complex fine dining Bradley has honed his skills and now wants to take his food to another level with 42@.

The journey is made all the sweeter by partnering up with close friend and fellow thespian enthusiast Stuart McPherson… bring on the gastronomic adventure!

Stuart McPherson

Stuart is from Scotland and has been in the catering industry for over ten years working in fine dining corporate businesses to small independent tea rooms and everything in between.

Although he has had a varied career there is one thing that has been at the top of his list and that is providing his guests with precision cooking which tastes and looks exceptional.
